Job Description

McOpCo Human Resource Consultant
Partners with Director of Operations (DO) to help shape the Corporate McDonald's business strategy for assigned areas and provides input into the development of Corporate McDonald's people strategies. As a member of the Corporate McDonald's DO leadership team, provides expertise and consulting on all HR systems and assists in implementing Corporate McDonald's people strategies.  Builds capability of Corporate McDonald's line management to manage and execute people systems (e.g., performance management, staff development, employee relations, B&C).  Key Customers include the Corporate McDonald's DOs, Operations Managers, Area Supervisors, and restaurant managers.

Responsibilities

 

 

 

Strategy

· Partners with DO to help shape the Corporate McDonald's business strategy for assigned areas.

· Provides input into the development of Corporate McDonald's people strategies.

· Partners with Corporate McDonald's HR Manager to anticipate and identify future people-related issues to ensure the Corporate McDonald's people strategies (e.g., staffing, retention, performance management, succession planning, diversity, reward and recognition, change management) are consistent with the current and future needs of the business.

· Provides input to Corporate McDonald's HR Manager to develop and support Division-wide initiatives related to staffing, retention, B&C, diversity, organizational development, performance management and tactics designed to support the Division strategy.

· Supports Corporate McDonald's leadership in driving the execution of people initiatives and tactics that are aligned with key HR strategies.

· Maintains a consistent focus on and accountability for activities necessary to support line management in the delivery of the people strategy.

 

 

Consulting

· Builds strong relationships and consults with DO leadership team to ensure people strategies and initiatives are championed and executed effectively to drive a high performance people focused culture.

· Consults and coaches Corporate McDonald's line management on people decisions (e.g., staffing, development, employee relations) to ensure that they align with the people strategies.

· Collaborates with Corporate McDonald's HR in the development and execution of change management efforts within assigned area.

· Anticipates and assesses the gaps between business needs and people systems/capabilities within assigned areas and uses information to drive appropriate actions.

· Facilitates and supports the Corporate McDonald's succession planning process for assigned areas, with a focus on achieving diversity and creating developmental plans for high performing, high potential staff.

· Provides input to Corporate McDonald's HR Manager regarding design and development of needed services, processes and tools necessary to execute the Corporate McDonald's people strategy.

· Uses business and people diagnostics (e.g., risk management, ROIP, commitment survey, 5th quintile, HR audits) to help line management improve business results . Partners with key customers to interpret diagnostic results, facilitates feedback, and coaches them in the action planning process.

· Supports crisis management team in responding to HR-related crisis situations (e.g., third-party interventions, health and safety issues and wage and hour audits).

· Leverages HR Service Center and Corporate McDonald's/Division HR to effectively consult with Corporate McDonald's line management on HR-related processes, systems and tools (e.g., PDS, B&C, commitment survey, educational initiatives, employment image, cost containment/incentive programs, WOTC, workers compensation, unemployment).

 

Building HR  and Line Capability

· Leads execution of tactics for building capability of Corporate McDonald's line management to manage and execute people systems (e.g., performance management, staff development, employee relations, B&C).

· Delivers training for line management on HR systems, processes and tools to achieve self-sufficiency and drive accountability.

· Identifies common trends and issues related to individual development needs among Corporate McDonald's staff in assigned area and partners with Corporate McDonald's HR Manager and/or Regional/Field Service HR to develop and implement appropriate solutions.

 

Minimum Requirements


  • 4-6 years of progressive Human Resources experience 
  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality/retail industry. 
  • College degree 
  • PHR Certified 
  • Bilingual (Spanish) 
  • Willing to Travel 
  • Ability to work independently and with little supervision

Job Summary: The Senior Sharepoint Business Analyst is responsible for identifying and measuring business/functional drivers, creating and tracking relevant metrics, and assessing the operational and financial impacts.  Designs, develops, implements and maintains business solutions. Works directly with project and business leaders to identify analytical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaison between business unit, operations unit and programming staff
• Facilitate the requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and business users to capture business rules, workflow, project goals and project benefits.
• Translate business rules into functional specifications for development
• Work closely with specified units to identify issues and develop solutions

Position Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Business Analyst and /or Project Manager in an IT environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience using MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project and Visio.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in MOSS/Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server 2007/Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 capabilities and functionality with the ability to map client business needs to SharePoint functionality
• Minimum of 1 year of Process Improvement or Change Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Bilingual French or Spanish language and grammar a plus, but not required
• PMP Training & Certification a plus, but not required

Reporting to the President of Brink’s Global Payments, the Finance Analyst position will support all aspects of planning, budgeting, strategic development, monthly reporting, and financial administration for this dynamic and growing business. Responsibilities:
Planning/Budgeting/Analysis:
• Support Annual Plan preparation 
• Conduct monthly financial analysis, including operational metrics, P&L and balance sheet 
• Monitor CAPEX, DSO, allocations, intercompany charges and eliminations, and management fees
• Prepare consolidated monthly/quarterly reports

Support new start-ups and acquisitions:
• Assist with the coordination of financial set-up and integration 
• Help to establish the necessary financial reporting structure, financial processes and finance staff (GL account set up, Hyperion mapping, intercompany)
• Acquisition due diligence

Support in-country financial departments:
• Support local finance department talent management and training
• Support investment analysis and approval

Position Qualifications
